Let me start this review by saying that this one is just a preview for the entire comic book. And I read it because I wanted to see if the full comic book was worth the money and time I would spend on it. And I’m gonna give you the answer for that at the end of this review.
This preview is set in a mysterious and dangerous setting. Which I found to be very intriguing and fun. Which really got me hooked into this preview from the start.
At the same time this preview introduces us to a gripping narrative filled with suspense and intrigue. Which I am a sucker for, so of course I would give this preview a high rating if it used the potential it had. And it did use the potential.
The concept of this preview is pretty captivating because it has a very interesting world where survival and secrets intertwine which again made me give this preview some extra points for.
The storyline in this preview is expertly paced, and which keeps me very engaged and interested in this preview from the start to finish.
The characters in this preview have a lot of personalities, depth and complexity to them which makes them very likable characters.
The main character in this preview is very intriguing and relatable because of how much depth and personality the main character has in this preview.
The artwork in this preview is very atmospheric and detailed, perfectly capturing the tension and mood of the story which I loved a lot in this preview.
The visuals enhance the narrative, immersing us as readers in the eerie and intense world of “Devil’s Island.”
This preview gives us the themes of survival, human nature, and mystery which are perfectly woven throughout the narrative of this preview.
These themes are thoughtfully explored, providing both entertainment and substance, resonating with readers on multiple levels.
So will buy and read the full version of this comic book ? Yes I will. It might take some time for me to actually read the full version of this comic book because I have been way too optimistic when creating my TBR list for this year and I don’t know if I get the time to read the full version of this comic book this year. But I will read the full version of this comic book at some point in time.
