Feyre has returned to the Spring Court, determined to gather information on Tamlin’s actions and learn what she can about the invading king threatening to bring her land to its knees. But to do so she must play a deadly game of deceit. One slip could bring doom not only for Feyre, but for everything-and everyone-she holds dear.
This book is the third book in the “A Court of Thorns and Roses” book series. And I gotta say that so far this series is getting better and better with each book I read.
The plot here is very interesting because it involves so much action. We get battle preparations and a battle itself which were very very interesting and I didn’t noticed when I read this book. Because I was so much clued to this book and just couldn’t bring myself to put it down and stop reading it.
The sexual aspect, wasn’t so frequent as in the 2 previous books, because this book focused more on the action aspect which of course is the battle and the battle preparation which this book goes through. I personally didn’t miss it, because the action it was replaced with makes up for it.
The writing style in this book is even better than the writing style in the first and second book. Somehow Sarah J Maas improved her amazing writing style for this book. Its even more interesting and it grabs your attention from the first page and doesn’t let it go until the very end of this book. Which I personally love when it happens in books.
The writing style was very very good. It was almost like the author knew what words to use to completely grab my attention and to not let it go until the very end of this book.
The characters in this book are even more incredible and amazing than in the first and second book of this series.
Each of the character had so much character development in this book as well as in the entire series as a whole. I gotta admit that with each book of this series I read and I cant help but fall more in love with the characters of this series.
The ending in this book was a roller coaster ride of emotions. I cant say what happens since I don’t want to give away spoilers for people who haven’t read this book or the series yet. But wow, I wasn’t expecting such an satisfying and emotional wreaking ending to this book.
I Give This Book 5 / 5
