“Christmas in India” By Rudyard Kipling Review

Yet again another poem which didn’t go well with me.

The plot of this poem was super boring, and it made me want to stop reading poems for the rest of my life. It was super boring and super uninteresting.

The writing style in this poem was also super bad but I don’t know if you can review writing styles in poems.

I Give This Poem 1 / 5

“Music on Christmas Morning” By Anne Brontë Review

Another poem which didn’t work with me.

One of the reason why this poem didn’t work for me is because it deeply involved with Christianity and I’m the biggest atheist you will ever meet.

And the entire plot of this poem is the most generic plot for poems which you might imagine. The plot of this poem is bad things happening which they do but still it makes it seem like authors of poems aren’t creative enough.

I Give This Poem 1 / 5

“Mad Girl’s Love Song” By Sylvia Plath Review

Another boring prom which didn’t go well with me at all.

The plot of this poem was super boring and it felt so uninteresting. As you might expect this poem has the hernia poem plot to it which as you might know doesn’t go well with me.

The writing style here was also very poor and the old English don’t fit the story at all. I know that it is a part of the ageing process but still.

I Give This Poem 1 / 5

“The Soldier” By Rupert Brooke Review

Yet again we are talking about another boring poem which didn’t work at all for me. Maybe poems aren’t for me after all.

The reason why didn’t like this poem is because it has too much superiority and belonging which annoyed me so fucking much. The sense of belonging in this poem was so big that it felt like it was forced down your throat.

The writing style of this poem was so boring and it almost felt like the author of this poem just didn’t know what to write in it.

I Give This Poem 1 /5

“My Boy Jack” By Rudyard Kipling Review

Yet again we are talking about a very boring poem with by now I came across dozens of time.

The plot of this poem was very generic poem which almost every poem talks about. Which really sucks because it makes me believe that poem writers needs to step up their game and write about other things then the generic things like death, suicide and love.

The writing style here was very boring and it was very uninteresting which really have dragged this entire poem even further down.

I give this poem 1 / 5

“The Listeners” By Walter de la Mare Review

Yet again another super boring poem which didn’t go well with me. I start tot think that poems aren’t for me because 99% of all poems I’ve read so far ended up having a 1 star rating.

The plot of this poem was super weak and super not interesting. I just couldn’t connect with it and I just couldn’t almost stand it because of how poorly the plot was presented to us.

The writing style isn’t better than the plot itself because it was also super bad and weak. And pretty much there isn’t much to talk about here.

I give this poem 1 / 5

“La Belle Dame Sans Merci” By John Keats Review

Yet again another poem which didn’t go well with me.

The plot in this poem was really weak at least for me because it felt like the most generic plot for a poem as it possible can be. It was just as the author used the guide book for how to write the most average poem ever.

The writing style here wasn’t something worth talking about because it was so weak and so boring

This poem had some gothic vibe to it but it was really weak and it didn’t speak too much to me.

I give this poem 1 / 5

“Childe Harold’s Pilgrimage Canto IV” By Lord Byron Review

Yet again another boring poem which didn’t work well with me. I really try to find some poems which i’ll enjoy but without any luck so far.

The plot of this poem was super boring and I just couldn’t connect with it.  And if I can’t connect with the story nor the characters then the rating will be very low.

The writing style here was super boring as well. And the old English made it even harder to enjoy and understand.

I give this poem 1 / 5

“The Passionate Shepherd to His Love” By Christopher Marlowe Review

Yet again another boring and super bad poem.

The plot had the potential to be better but the author didn’t use the potential. The plot could have been good but the way the author chose to present it to us made it super boring and not enjoyable.

The writing here was super bad and it was super hard to understand it due to the old English.

I give this poem 1 / 5
