After a zombie epidemic, life on earth develops inside fortress cities that none are permitted to leave. Repression becomes routine, unchallenged by a frightful society. A small group of punks dares to defy the city’s authority, determined to prove that the state exploits the fear of the people.

This comic book had the potential to be a thought-provoking exploration of personal and societal themes, but unfortunately, it falls short in execution. While the premise behind this comic book holds promise, this comic book struggles with pacing, clarity, and engagement, which has left me personally wanting more depth and coherence.

The narrative in this comic book aims to delve into themes of isolation and introspection, set against a backdrop that hints at broader societal issues. However, the storytelling is marred by a lack of focus. The plot meanders, making it difficult for me personally to connect with the characters or become invested in their journeys. Key narrative elements are introduced without sufficient development, leading to confusion rather than intrigue.

They often feel like archetypes rather than fully fleshed-out individuals, which diminishes the emotional impact of their arcs.
